I used to fear making bread with yeast, worrying that it wouldn’t turn out and that I would just wind up wasting precious time, energy, and ingredients for all nothing. I’m over my fears now.
Personally, I think that paella is one of the best dishes around, even though it’s something that I don’t often make. It’s great because of the flavors in it and the fact that whether you love chicken, sausage, or shimp, there’s something in this dish

Ingredients:
32 oz all natural chicken broth
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
4 medium zucchini
1/4 cup dry parsley
2 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Combine chicken broth and diced tomatoes into a large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes or until zucchini is soft and cooked through.
This is one of those dishes that is even better the next day and the next day and the next day!
YUM-O!
