&lt;p&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;32 oz all natural chicken broth&lt;br/&gt;14.5 oz diced tomatoes&lt;br/&gt;4 medium zucchini&lt;br/&gt;1/4 cup dry parsley&lt;br/&gt;2 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped&lt;br/&gt;1/4 teaspoon onion powder&lt;br/&gt;1 teaspoon pepper&lt;br/&gt;1 teaspoon salt&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span&gt;Directions:&lt;br/&gt;Combine chicken broth and diced tomatoes into a large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes or until zucchini is soft and cooked through.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;This is one of those dishes that is even better the next day and the next day and the next day!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
