Actually, I hope you don’t mind me showing you my buns regardless :-)

I made these today for the first time and even though I say so myself, they’re the most deelish Hot Cross Buns I’ve ever tasted!

Regular followers of my blog will know that I enjoy baking and will make Focaccia a couple of times a week… but I suspect that my Focaccia has some competition… from Challah Bread!

This is another superb recipe from www.thekitchn.com and as mentioned over at  thekitchn.com this will definitiely be added to my baking repertoire… and hopefully to yours too!
